The Craft of Art Collective was founded in 2026 by three artists who live in Queens, New York. We work from our studio in Manhattan, and in libraries, museums and community spaces across the city, where we lead free hands-on workshops for older adults, families and neighbors of every background.
We believe art is a living practice nurtured through shared making, cultural exchange, and continuous dialogue.
The Craft of Art Collective brings together traditional craft, contemporary art, and cross-cultural heritage to create a space where everyone is simultaneously a teacher, a student, and a creator.
By placing community experimentation and accessible art-making at our core, we dissolve the boundaries between fine art and craft, professional and amateur, and individual and collective. Through workshops, demonstrations, and exhibitions, our work quietly models an inclusive artistic ecosystem built on mutual knowledge and collaborative spirit.
